Metisse

Everything begins in 1950.

At 6 years old, Umberto Pezzella worked as a helper in a shoe factory and later became a "sole grinder." In 1974, he and his wife founded a small workshop, working hard to create a small production of high-quality women's shoes.

In the 1980s, the business developed into a workshop with a production line.

In 1998, Umberto's sons, Tamino and Modestino, took over the company under Raffaela's leadership.

Today, the Fratelli Pezzella shoe factory produces shoes to the highest quality standards, meets the criteria of 100% Made in Italy, and exports worldwide. Metisse shoes are characterized by bold design, fine materials, and traditional craftsmanship. Embroidery, laser cuts, stones, and pearls complete the style.
